Table Plan and Availability (updated daily)

When both your ticket request form AND payment are received, your table will be assigned based on the availability of tables/seats, number of tickets required, and preferred/requested table(s) on a first come (paid), first served basis.  Ticket assignments are completed daily (at the end of the day) and will be emailed to you the next business day.  

Table Plan and Availability above are also updated daily so that you can see which tables are still available.

PLEASE NOTE: This plan is not to scale, and the placement of the tables is approximate. We will update the plan as the venue and the vendors (such as food, and entertainment) provide more information.  We reverse the right to change the layout based on necessities that may arise (for example, fire regulations or a confirmed number of total attendees)
